Yes, our products are 100% vegan-friendly.

Our products are meticulously crafted with a blend of thoughtfully selected plant-based or plant-derived ingredients and research-backed actives that work sinergistically to deliver outstanding results. Additionally, we include vital preservation systems in our water-based formulations to ensure they're not only effective but also safe for your skin.

How can your multifunctional products help me streamline my beauty routine?

Our multifunctional formulations effectively tackle various skin concerns simultaneously, eliminating the need for an array of less versatile products.

The Radiance Booster, for example, meets the most common skin concerns, thus making the use of single-purpose serums unnecessary and eliminating the need for a toner.

Which cosmetic regulation do your products comply with?

All our products comply with European Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009, considered one of the strictest in the world. It prohibits more than 1400 ingredients and restricts the use of many others to specific maximum percentages to ensure the safety of each products for the skin.
No product can be marketed in the European Union without complying with this regulation.

Will more of your multifunctional products be available in the future?

Yes, absolutely! We're currently working on expanding our product line to offer more multifunctional options. In fact, we're developing a super-gentle cleanser and a skin moisturiser to complement the Radiance Booster benefits. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship in the European Union.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders shipped to Italy totalling over €150 and on all orders within the EU totalling over €200.

What are the accepted forms of payment for your products?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal, as well as Gift Cards.

Our website is hosted on Shopify, ensuring secure transactions through its PCI DSS-compliant online payment gateway. All data are encrypted.

What happens after I place an order?

We always send you an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will be sent when the order is dispatched.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your product is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking details that enable you to track your parcel.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged?

In the event of receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us promptly at info@pherve.com. Kindly include your order number and attach a picture of the product(s), so that we can arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

How can I return a product?

We regret to hear about your decision. Please find the instructions for returns here. Kindly note that, for hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products.
